
YOGA
Growing up, my mom played tennis almost everyday. She always said "tennis saved her." Yoga is my tennis. Like most, I came to the mat to reap the physical benefits of the practice, but became hooked as the practice revealed many life lessons that have allowed me to thoroughly enjoy and experience life off the mat. Nineteen years later, I continue to find solace and inspiration on my mat.
As a teacher of yoga, I seek to stay true to the original intention of yoga to create awareness that yoga cares more about the shape of your life than the shape of your body. In group and private sessions, I teach a steady flow that connects the classical intention of the asanas to the physical, mental and spiritual benefits we experience today.
CLASSES
Sharing the gems of yoga with my incredible students brings me much joy. In a true exchange of energy, we are in it together, each class a journey of its own. Join us!
Sundays, 9:30 - 10:30AM, Level 2, on Zoom, Reach Yoga.
Tuesdays, 8-9am. Level 1-2, on Zoom, Reach Yoga.
Wednesdays, 9-10am, Yoga for Wellness, all levels. Stretch, flow and breathe for 45 minutes, and then enjoy a 15-minute wellness chat. Learn something new, stay connected to your wellness intentions and ask questions. $15, Sign up here.
