Now more than ever, taking great care of our health is a priority. If you want to make lasting changes to your relationship with food, stop stress eating, boost your immune system and feel better, join me for my 5-Day Deep Cleanse. Includes a simple plan, shopping lists, recipes, cooking lessons, yoga and zoom meet ups (recorded if you can’t attend). And, yes, you’re doing your own cooking! Intended to help reboot your body and your thinking as we head into this new season, this journey is best for people who have cleansed before and are aware of how your body responds to these shifts. The journey will focus on plants, but will include some lean, non-plant proteins if desired. Dairy and gluten will be eliminated. Vegetarians welcome. $125 (couples welcome for same price). - Saturday, 9/12 – recommended grocery shop day
- Sunday, 9/13 – welcome + big cook class (veggies, sauces, soup) 2-4pm
- Monday, 9/14 – 9:30-10:45am yoga all levels + Q & A
- Tuesday, 9/15 – small cook class (marinades, sides) 2-3pm
- Wednesday, 9/16 – Discussion 11-12pm
- Thursday, 9/17 – 9:30-10:45am yoga all levels + Q & A
- Friday, 9/18 – Next Steps 11-12pm
Plan, shopping list and zoom links will be sent on Friday, 9/11. Recorded classes are available for 24 hours to encourage progression. All online sessions are optional but strongly recommended!!
